Development Program. The students have been finalizing their first resumes and cover letters and we celebrated with some healthy drinks by Desired Nutrition, a small business located in Norwalk. If we work as a team we win.

About The Workforce Development Program: We launched this program February 8th, 2022. This 10 week program gives High School students the opportunity to prepare for the workforce. Students will leave this program with a
professional portfolio to present at interviews and networking events. Our goal is to have every student exit the program with secured employment.
We are hosting a career fair during the 9th week of the program with YBI business partners. Our students will prepare for the interview process as well as receive tips and feedback.
