2022 YBI BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
The month of August has been filled with exciting things!
Our third annual YBI Basketball Tournament served over 300 people with all of our YBI students volunteering. We appreciate everyone that came out, participated, donated and helped out in any way. We couldn't have done it without the support of our students, staff, and community providers. Basketball tournaments in the community are important because it brings neighborhoods together through a sport we all love.
 
Staff and over 25 students from the Entrepreneurship 101 program or prior programs came together on July 23rd to volunteer. They worked the different food stations and participated in the activities.

As we come to a summer program close, the 10 weeks of Entrepreneurship 101 has become a home for many. Students home towns were from all over Fairfield County. We have seen the growth in many of the students especially the returning students from the Workforce Development Program.

We are honored to be recipients of the United Way foundation community innovations investment! United Way recently invested in 17 community partners to increase equity and opportunity in health, education, and financial stability.
