About The Youth Advancement Program:
The Youth Advancement Program engages youth through interactive activities to enable them to reach and expand their potential and exposure to advance in society.

Our plan is for our students to utilize their creative and critical thinking skills throughout the program. We aim to create a unique, open space for children between ages 10-14 to comfortably express themselves. We will also have an active mentor and possible volunteers available to help guide them to reach their full potential. We are aiming to start the program end of February, beginning of March.

The Goal
Our goal with this program is to build trust with each individual involved by acting as positive role models in their lives while assisting them along their journey into becoming proactive young adults within a fun-filled environment. We will provide each student the proper tools needed to become successful while pursuing their endeavors. The program will include a weekly outline of discussion topics. Additionally, we will also tailor our resources around each individual’s needs. The goal of the program is to provide a safe and secured outlet for children while also having them engage in a productive and enjoyable environment.

About The Workforce Development Program:
We are excited to announce the launch of our Youth in Workforce program. This is a 10 week program that gives High School students the opportunity to prepare for the workforce. Students will leave this program with a professional portfolio to present at interviews and networking events. Our goal is to have every student exit the program with secured employment.

We plan to host a career fair during the 9th week of the program with our business partners for our students to experience the interview process as well as receive tips and critique.
